'You know you're in a great hotel when, while scouting the breakfast buffet, you stumble across a dedicated omelette chef wedged in amongst the muffins and juice jugs. To those who claim an omelette is not a breakfast food we say: if it wasn't a breakfast food why would it be on the payroll?'




I'm rediscovering simple pleasures at the moment. A ham and cheese omelette with a long, tall glass of OJ is definitely one of them.
