i can teach you how to do it
My work christmas party is coming up and, quite predictably, the theme is masquerade. Although it can't ever measure up to the Vogue Paris 90th birthday ball, I can hope and dream that maybe - just maybe - with a big ball skirt and a little lace slip of a thing across the eyes and maybe a big old jumper to mix things up, the evening might approach something just as wonderful and exciting and, well, fabulous as the Vogue Paris party. I know that if it even involves my work friends, who are funner than fun and who dance all night long and who can drink anyone under the table, the night is going to be something to go down in the ages. Sure we might be no Margherita Missoni, or Freja Beha, or Lily Donaldson. But we're pretty damn cool just as we are.
The only question is - should I go full on glam like Leight Lezark, or should I go classic gallic androgyny in a tuxedo and phantom of the opera mask a la Freja?
