Everyone knows Taylor Tomasi-Hill is a master of accessories. They are her bread and butter, after all. But it takes a true master of accessories to pull off a leopard print scarf - and not a steven sprouse LV kind of one, but a fuzzy leopard print scarf, no less - not once, not twice, but four times during this past fashion month. Yes, it might only be a scarf, a measly little scarf, but with the litany of outfits thrust before our eyes by the myriad of street style photographers these days when someone even repeats a facial expression it can be comforting. Fashion is not all about fast turnover, sometimes these fashion editors forget this. During fashion month they wheel out outfit after outfit each one different from the last, forgetting that this is exactly the kind of philosophy invoked by the high street that most of them abhor. Far more, well, "fashion", would be to get a few key pieces - and there are key pieces and there are key pieces - and wear them over and over again. They might be wide-legged celine pants with leather trim, or a suede birkin in palest pistachio, or a stunning Valentino couture dress inherited from a chic grandmother.
Or it could be a fuzzy, furry, slightly too short leopard print scarf.
