Proof that you don't have to be January Jones to wear a Herve Leger dress. And yes i am aware that there was some severe air-brushing on this shoot (Just look at the state of January's legs) But my love for Mad Men and in particular the curves of Christina Hendricks makes me still love this shot. All three women, all three different bodies, all in Herve Leger. And to think i once thought Bandage dresses were sent from the devil to tempt us into body-sin. As Alexa Chung said in her recent Vogue Article 'body con makes me self-con.' Yes, i thought so too, but not so sure after seeing this pic. Self-conscious in that, look at me i'm SEXAY way? And why shouldn't you be self-conscious in a bandage dress? The only reason you're wearing it is because you think you'll look good in it. Here's to self-consciousness, in all its lovely forms!
