I'm indifferent to her. I think she has a gorgeous face and a body made for couture. But then i also think that she is fairly inexpressive and she has 2 main looks. Don't get me wrong, she always looks A M A Z I N G. but sometimes in fairly long shoots she can look repetitive (as one does when one only has a few looks). That being said, i don't really hate any particular model, although i don't really feel anything for all the russians (natasha, anna), or siri, suvi, snejana, most anything starting with an s... If a model looks good in the moment then i like her, usually it has nothing to do with her past performance. If she can sell the clothes then i don't mind.
Back to lily, i just remember the days, back with gemma, when the two of them would run around scruffy fabulous in their baggy jeans, converse, beanies and some sort of boho luxe jacket (dries, chanel even...) And look at my girl now, look at her! All grown up, with a lovely bank account to boot. The picture doesn't show it, but she also had this great coat in black/white. It's a very monochrome outfit but it's more interesting textures rather than zebra crossing i think. I love the wet-look high waisted mini with that grey jersey tee-shirt. Plain opaques because it's cold, black pumps, and a pizazzy jacket (the coat was extra, but this jacket is nice too) in zig-zaggy stripes. It's a refreshing look as opposed to model street style at the moment which consists of the darkest skinniest jeans + plain white singlet + blazer + HUGE MAN EATING S&M HEELS. What a nice breath of fresh air, lilyfashionistadonaldson. I feel oddly proud...
