It's definitely very surreal to see these two preparing manhattans and martinis like pro barmen. And even though it was obviously a photo op for fashion's night out and apparently they only stayed for 15 minutes (long enough for a slightly confused patron to tip MK for her troubles), i still think these photos have a touch of the lovely in them. Maybe stemming from the fact that you rarely see MK and Ash smiling, having fun and doing much else other than seriously posing on the red carpet and discussing their fashion lines/movies/magazine covers/boyfriends... And they're so little! If it wasn't for their kohl-rimmed eyes and scraggly hair i'd say they don't look quite old enough to be manning a bar. 

But it appears like they know how to mix a mean cocktail. I'll have two, please!

p.s i've moved into my uncle's bachelor pad for 2 weeks while he gallivants across america in his sportscar. i have no idea how to use any of his gadgets (flat screen tv, 4 different computers, projector screen), but he has a liquor cabinet and highball glasses. now those, i know how to use.
