The Frock Exchange is one of Sydney's best kept secrets - a consignment store filled with amazing pieces in great condition for even better prices! It's part of the same company that runs Belinda and The Corner Shop so this week for The Corner Shop blog I paid a visit to their sister store, hung out with my friend Chloe (who obligingly posed for some outfit snaps) and rifled through their many racks. What I found was really exciting - canvas Benah bags, linen Amy Kaehne shirts, cute little APC smocks and Alexander Wang knits, incredible (and I mean incredible!) Balmain booties and heels, and the most ridiculous amount of perfect condition Isabel Marant it was insane. There were even pieces from her earlier collections, like shrunken corduroy jackets and the kind of peasant-smocks that she made her name in years ago. It was crazy to see all of these things together, and at such reasonable prices. I think that people kind of forget that the Frock Exchange exists, but it does, and it's amazing. Like any good consignment store all it takes is a little bit of rummaging to find fantastic new things. I hope I get to spend another Sunday there soon!
You can read the whole post (and see all of my favourite pieces!) on the Corner Shop blog here. The Frock Exchange also has a blog where they post about new pieces, outfits of the week and events. It's worth checking out, too.
