One day I'm going to write a post about why toasted muesli is so good. Is it the crunch? Is it the hit of cinnamon spice? Is it the honeyed colour? Who knows. This wonderful version is from Alimentari, and it comes with stewed rhubarb and two different kinds of yoghurt. I have a thing about yoghurt - I'm not the biggest fan - but their yoghurt was all vanilla-y and sweet, just the way I like it. This week for The Corner Shop I ate muesli and talked about going back to uni wearing nothing but a wardrobe full of Forte Forte, which would truly be living the dream, right?
