Elise lives in the country in a restored church from the 1880s surrounded by fluffy chickens and scented candles and bushels of fruit trees and so much love. Me and Rachel visited her last week for a special project and were overwhelmed with someone who was, quite literally, living her dream. Thank you for having us and sharing your stories and wit and laughter (and fresh produce!) and for giving us hope that one day, in the far-off future, we might be as happy and contented as you are.
