1. What are your tips for online shopping?
FL: Always go with a reputable seller. Read their returns policy. Get your package shipped to your work address so you don’t have trouble with Australia Post following up packages.
2. What is your favourite online store?
FL: There are so many great online stores! Net-a-porter wrote the book on luxury, fashion-forward online shopping. That said there are some great Australian boutiques online that I would love to see local shoppers support. Check out Banjo & Matilda, Akira, Therese Rawsthorne to name a few.
3. What offer will you be taking advantage of at VOSN?
FL: If only I wasn’t an employee I would love to enter the Net-a-Porter £5000 shopping spree!
4. What is the next big thing in online shopping?
FL: There are so many cool things happening. I love how people can create sets on Polyvore and users can shop their looks. I love how sites like ShopStyle bring so many retailers together so you can create your own lookbooks. And I love events like Vogue’s Online Shopping Night that bring so many e-tailers together into one spectacular shopping event.
5. What is your favourite trend for next season?
KC: I adored almost everything at the A/W Miu Miu show, because I love the forties. The tortoisehell glasses and red lips with those undone french rolls with hairpins were divine.
